Nested on the pristine estate of The Vintage Golf Course in the Hunter Valley, this private home was designed as a holiday sanctuary for my clients to escape from the bustling city life of Sydney. The clients wanted a retreat that is big enough to cater for large occupancy with all the needs to have a good time.

Beside requiring the local council approvals, there was also The Vintage Design Review Committee guide to comply which restricted the building form, orientation and colour scheme.
